Prince Albert is one of 14 Canadian communities participating in the National Trust for Canada’s This Place Matters competition for an opportunity to win $40,000 and any money raised through crowdfunding. Prince Albert’s project, submitted by the Prince Albert Downtown Business Improvement District, is entitled Find Your Place Downtown and proposes a strategy to encourage tourists and travelers to visit the city’s downtown area.
