SAS 2021 Launch Video: kohkoms https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pOO9eKYrias&t=26s

Welcome to Saskatchewan Aboriginal Storytelling (SAS) 2021! The SAS 2021 Launch: kohkoms is up on the LSSAP You Tube Channel. This is a special time to celebrate First Nations and Metis oral storytelling. During the month of February, traditional First Nations and Metis stories, poetry readings, stories for children, cooking/beading classes, musical performances and cultural teachings will be held virtually through libraries across the province. Each session will share, teach and celebrate the traditional oral form of storytelling and the Indigenous cultures of Saskatchewan. All sessions are free, some may require pre-registration. Visit the Library Services for Saskatchewan Aboriginal Peoples Committee website for event calendar schedule.
