Black & Rural Saskatchewan
Heritage Saskatchewan is collaborating with artist and folklorist, Shayna Jones, on its latest heritage project, Black & Rural Saskatchewan.
Join us for a compelling performance interpreting stories of pride and struggle, dismay and triumph from the mouths of African-descent black Canadians who call the Saskatchewan plains their home.
We are proud to partner with the Saskatchewan African Canadian Heritage Museum and the Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan to make this project possible.
Thank you to SaskCulture and Sask Lotteries for their generous contributions and support.
