Burnt Thicket Theatre is seeking a qualified individual for the part-time position of Producing Associate. We aim to strengthen our staff team’s administrative capacity, create work opportunities for theatre artists/arts administrators/self-producers committed to living in Saskatoon, offer mentorship to individuals interested in Burnt Thicket’s mission, and cultivate a collaborative community within our company.
The Producing Associate supports the operations, logistics, and information needs for productions and events by developing and applying appropriate production management and funding development processes. This is a contract position for 22 hours/month, under the leadership of the AD, supporting productions and events in collaboration with BTT staff, plus personal artistic development.

Suggested qualifications for this position includes experience in the arts sector, excellent time management, organizational skills and expertise in communications, marketing, development, and/or production management.
