Are you passionate about active living, physical activity and fitness? Are you a champion in connecting, educating and inspiring others and improving the quality of life in Saskatchewan?
If you answered yes, then the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association (SPRA) would love to hear from you! We are seeking a motivated leader to become part of our Team as Consultant – Active Living. This Full-time Permanent position will advance the work of our active living strategies, programs and services, which includes our flagship Fitness Leadership Certification Program.

Our ideal candidate for this position will have qualifications, matching or equivalent, to those obtained through:
• A Degree or Diploma in Physical Activity Studies, Kinesiology, Recreation Administration or a related field of study.
• Demonstrated commitment to the area of active living, physical activity and fitness. A minimum of four years experience with two in a coordination role. Experience in coordination and assessment of education, training, or certification. Knowledge of the SPRA Fitness Leadership Certification Program and the fitness industry in Canada. Experience working with volunteers, boards, and committees in the parks and recreation industry is a preferred asset.
