The Western Development Museum - Saskatoon is accepting applications for a Banquet Worker. The Banquet Worker performs the range of tasks required to set-up tables for catered events, in accordance with customer expectations and relevant procedures and standards.

The Banquet Worker will:
• Ensure settings reflect catering procedures and standards for various styles of service. i.e. family, buffet or plate service, per contract requirements.
• Cover tables with linens, folds and places napkins. Lay out cutlery, glassware and plates as per the guest contract.
• Set-up dishes, bowls and heating trays in preparation for the food, according to established order of offerings. i.e. buns first, then salads, etc.
• Read the information sheet and set up the room per sheet instructions. i.e. sets up tables, chairs according to required location and layout.
