Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this full time position has the responsibility for organizing and implementing all media events and external communications, coordinating all of Globe Theatre’s social media and for enhancing customer service for patrons. As part of a high functioning team that includes marketing, box office, and development, the Marketing and Sales Associate will engage our community through social media, create opportunities to “surprise and delight” our patrons and donors, assist with the implementation of the marketing plan, provide box office support when required and assist the team with the goal of strengthening and enhancing Globe Theatre’s ‘live is better’ brand.

Knowledge & Experience Required:
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, marketing and social media
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Experience working with website content management systems and a variety of social media platforms
• Experience with Adobe products, video editing and box office ticketing systems would be an asset

Globe Theatre is Saskatchewan’s largest performing arts organization with an annual operating budget of $4.5 million. Located in the historic Prince Edward Building in downtown Regina, Globe Theatre is Canada’s only permanent theatre-in-the-round. The theatre presents a six to seven main stage series as well as a four to seven play second stage series that showcases new work and emerging artists. Globe Theatre School offers multi-disciplinary theatre classes for children, teens and adults, a professional actor training program and apprenticeships.
