The Sounds Like Audio Art Festival invites local, national and international audio artists and musicians to submit proposals for the 10th edition of the festival. We are seeking submissions for audio works responding to the theme for this year’s festival: Corporeal Origins. The theme connects us with the human impulse to create sound and the ways it is physically manifested. Birth and decay, gesture and animation, resonance and location. Corporeal Origins is an invitation to be present.
In addition to the regular call for submissions to Sounds Like, artists interested in performing at the afterparty on Friday October 2nd and Saturday October 3rd are encouraged to submit an application. Special consideration will be given to projects which address the Corporeal Origins theme.

Sounds Like Festival Dates: October 1-4, 2020.
