Participants will have the opportunity to bring the Wise Practices model to life within their roles and organizations, while on a personal and professional leadership journey. This program will create the space to regenerate and re-envision, while expanding roots of identity, knowledge, and cultural values within each person’s authentic leadership style. The program will support participants from theory into practice and action with the guidance of faculty and Elders, through land-based learning, hands-on case studies, arts and culture, and community dialogue. Wise Practices in Indigenous Leadership will provide an opportunity to center, strengthen, and balance cultural and contemporary leadership competencies.
