The MJM&AG is looking for an individual to serve as our Operations Manager for a twelve month term position, with the possibility of extension. The Operations Manager serves as part of the managerial team at the MJM&AG, reporting to the Director/Curator, and is responsible for the management and day-to-day administration of business facets of the Art Museum, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, grant writing and reporting, facilities management, purchasing, marketing, publicity and public relation activities. The Operations Manager will direct and supervise the activities of the Gallery Greeters, Gift Shop Manager, volunteers, and personnel not directed by the Director/Curator.
