BGC Yorkton
The BGC Yorkton (Boys & Girls Club) is dedicated to providing quality opportunities for children and youth that are safe, welcoming, and engaging. BGC's mission is 'To provide safe, supportive places where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and develop confidence and skills for life'. Their vision is 'All children and youth discover and achieve their dreams and grow up to be healthy, successful, and active participants in society'. One pillar of programming is 'Creative Arts & Culture' - BGC fosters creative expression and identity development through active participation in the arts to promote a positive self-attitude. The aim is to be intentional, and meaningful with programs to celebrate and support children, youth and community.
