Since 1978, the Estevan Art Gallery & Museum continues to expand the social and cultural horizons of Estevan and surrounding area by encouraging involvement in the dissemination and development of artistic, cultural, and historical practices. The Estevan Art Gallery is a public gallery that offers a free exchange of ideas and perspectives to reflect our rapidly expanding social and cultural diversity. A strong sense of identity and pride within Canada's rich visual arts heritage inspires us to be a model of excellence in furthering knowledge of the visual arts both at home and abroad. With the collaboration of provincial and national institutions, the Gallery seeks to make contemporary art accessible, meaningful, and vital to diverse audiences of all ages.
