You are invited to attend the SaskCulture’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Member Session, in-person, on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Conexus Arts Centre, Jacqui Shumiatcher Room, 200 Lakeshore Drive, Regina. This year, SaskCulture will also be offering a virtual, live stream of the member session and Annual Meeting.
The schedule for the day will include:
Member Session - 10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (lunch included)
In the fall of 2024, Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the consultation phase of the Funding Program Renewal were released and Ivy and Dean Consulting and Common Ground Consulting were selected. Ivy and Dean Consulting focused on consulting with various individuals and organizations from the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Disability communities. Common Ground Consulting focused on consultations with multicultural, mainstream, and Indigenous communities. Strategies included surveys, focus groups, and one-to-one conversations. Final reports will be completed in May, and consulting firms will present the findings at the member session in June.
More information on the consultation process can be found here.
Annual General Meeting - 4:00-5:00 p.m.
All members are welcome to attend and participate in the Annual General Meeting; however, only voting members are eligible to vote. The meeting will include a constitutional change, regular business, and board elections.
Details on the constitutional change can be found attached. The AGM package will be posted no less than 15 days before the AGM here.
