February 15 – 20 is Heritage Week in Saskatchewan and there are a number of unique events and activities taking place around the province to mark the occasion, such as the Municipal Cultural Planning Workshop on February 18 in Saskatoon. This workshop is facilitated by Greg Baeker, a foremost authority on cultural planning.
