Two longtime volunteers in the province's arts and cultural community are among the latest recipients of the Saskatchewan Volunteer Medals:

• Reggie Newkirk of Regina is being honoured for his work as past president of SaskCulture Board of Directors and as a Provincial Advisory Committee member for Creative Kids Saskatchewan, in addition to many other volunteer contributions; and, 
• Lori Glauser of Yorkton is being recognized for her work with many arts and culture organizations, including as a SaskCulture adjudicator, and past chair of the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils' Board of Directors, to name just a few.

Recipients will be presented with their medals at a ceremony with Lieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Schofield on April 24, 2017.
