The Northern Youth Cultural Fund (NYCF), delivered in partnership with the Northern Sport, Culture and Recreation District (NSCRD), provides funding for children and youth, age 4 up to 19 in northern Saskatchewan, that take place within the Northern Sport, Culture and Recreation District boundaries.
