Bouncing Back from COVID-19 – Survey Completion Draw Eligibility Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility:

• This contest is open to all respondents to the Bouncing Back from COVID-19 Survey issued by SaskCulture, in partnership with Creative Saskatchewan and SK Arts, The winners must reside in Saskatchewan, or have a primary residence in Saskatchewan, have a connection to the cultural community in Saskatchewan, and have reached the age of majority in the place he/she resides, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined on the submission form when entering the contest.  Employees of SaskCulture and its advertising or promotional agencies and prize suppliers, along with members of their immediate family or domiciles, are not eligible to participate in this contest.

  • No entry fee is required.

Timing:

• The contest entry period begins June 11, 2021 at 12 a.m. CST, and closes at 11:59 p.m. CST, June 30, 2021.

To Enter:

• Complete the required fields in the online submission form found accessed at the end of the survey via a link to an online form.  Each survey respondent will receive one entry to the draw determining the prize winners.  Only one entry per respondent.  Multiple entries by the same respondent will be removed.  Entries must include a name, organization (if applicable), community and contact information.

Selection and Announcement of Winners:

The winners will be selected on or around July 7, 2021 by a drawing conducted under SaskCulture’s supervision.  All draw procedures will be set by SaskCulture Inc.

                First name drawn – wins a prepaid $500 VISA™ gift card*

Second name drawn – wins a prepaid $250 VISA™ gift card*    

Third name drawn – wins prepaid $100 VISA™ gift card*

• Potential winners will be contacted by email or phone and must return the prize release form provided by SaskCulture Inc. within seven days of receipt, to be eligible for the prize package. A prize release form must be completed and returned in full and must confirm that the potential prize winner meets all conditions set out in this contest. Potential winners must correctly answer a mathematical-based skill testing question provided with their prize release form. 

• The chances of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Names drawn will only be eligible for winning one prize and will not be re-entered for subsequent draws in this contest.

• Contest winners names will be released via SaskCulture news channels, including E-Update, SaskCulture website and social media, as well as via SK Arts and Creative Sask news channels as identified, on or around July 7, 2021, depending on prize verification.

General Rules and Limitations:

• By participating in this contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to accept the official rules and the decisions of SaskCulture Inc. as final and binding in every respect, including, but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection and confirmation of the winners, and the awarding of any prize.

• Entrants consent to have their name and the community they reside in published. Telephone numbers, and full addresses/email addresses will not be published.

• SaskCulture Inc. and its prize suppliers are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out of a participant's and his/her companions' participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession or use of merchandize won with this prize package.

• Unclaimed prizes as of December 31, 2021 will not be awarded.

• SaskCulture Inc. reserves the right to amend these official rules.

• If there are any discrepancies between the contest and the rules, then the rules will govern.

• SaskCulture Inc. is not responsible for any technical hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems, which may occur during the administration of this contest.  SaskCulture Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the contest, if there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering of the contest.

• SaskCulture Inc. and its partners are not responsible for any circumstances beyond their control.

*VISA™ is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion.
