Writing North 12: Tenacity

The Saskatchewan Writers’ Guild and the University of Saskatchewan’s MFA in Writing Program are pleased to present Writing North 12: Tenacity, a literary festival open to anyone interesting in writing and writers! Our theme this year focuses on writers and their perseverance, against all odds.

This year’s festival will be held virtually on Zoom between January 27-29, 2022. All events are open to the public free of charge.

Our program includes a keynote address by award-winning Canadian author Helen Humphreys, sessions on how to write poetry, nonfiction and fiction, and a fascinating look at our presenters and their writing in our The Brains Backstage video series. Presenters include Di Brandt, Helen Knott and Sharon Bala.
