A Blue Print for Community Cultural Engagement: Burnt Sienna, sowing the seeds of love

How to build cross-cultural connections through public events,
performative spaces, and community dialogue.

FREE Workshop with Kris Alvarez
Burnt Sienna BluePrint: sowing the seeds of love

Kris Alvarez is a theatre maker who uses art to build community through creative events in support of multiculturalism and anti-racism. Over the past few years, her show Burnt Sienna has gathered communities to open dialogue and minds through the sharing of food, humour, and cross-cultural perspectives.

What to expect:
In this brand new hybrid of performance & workshop, we will get comfortable in our seats as audience, then dive into candid conversations and playfully creative activities. The experience intends to share and practice community building skills, grow our empathy & cross-cultural understanding of how to serve communities in genuine, kind, inclusive and joyful ways.
Lunch Provided!
