As organizations and as leaders, we are being called to be more flexible and creative in the context of accelerating changes, increased complexity, and challenging social and economic realities. Effective leadership requires a personal philosophy and mindset. It also requires the development of a set of skills to navigate the complexity of organizational, community, and societal change.

In this workshop, Liz Weaver will highlight the need for collaborative leadership and the mindsets and skillsets required to build effective collaborative leadership approaches. As a participant, you will gain new ways of thinking and engage in learning practical skills and applying them to your collaborative and community-based work.
As a participant in this workshop, you will:
-Strengthen your understanding of how community change is shifting
-Explore the mindsets and skillsets required to be an effective collaborative leader
-Increase understanding of your personal leadership approach
-Gain practical tools to enhance your leadership capacities
