Join Jacq Brasseur, CEO & Principal Consultant at Ivy + Dean Consulting, as they explore the importance of intentional and equity-informed management within non-profit organizations. Participants will explore the key performance outcomes associated with the Management table leg across each Lifecycles stage and will discuss tangible examples of what these look like in practice. Participants who attend this session should be familiar with the Lifecycles Model.

Jacq Brasseur (they/them) has over a decade of experience working with non-profit boards, starting with their involvement in the Fédération de la jeunesse Canadienne-française. They co-founded multiple non-profit agencies focusing on equity-seeking communities and developed innovative ways to bring diversity, equity, and inclusion into the boardroom. In 2021, Jacq founded Ivy + Dean Consulting to address the lack of consultants who shared their values and understood local realities in the Prairies and Northern Canada. As a registered social worker, Jacq has extensive education in social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and has facilitated over 300 hours of community-based education.
