We’re thrilled to announce the 16th Annual Harvest Moon Festival, happening on September 20th! This year’s celebration will feature captivating cultural dance and movement performances from 11 AM to 5 PM, along with a vibrant street market filled with local vendors and food trucks from 11 AM to 4 PM.
Throughout this year’s schedule, you’ll be able to witness the beautiful artistry of belly dancing, the lively steps and intricate patterns of Polish dance, and the thoughtful movement of Kung Fu paired with the cultural vibrancy of the Lion Dance. We will once again be graced by the Indian classical dance form of Bharatanatyam, along with explorations of fusion and folk dances from India. The purposeful movements of Fancy Dancers and Jingle Dancers will also bring powerful expression to the stage—and there will be even more to experience beyond these highlights.
During this year’s Street Market, you can look forward to the delicious local flavours of The Grill Vibe & Spuds, a food truck inspired by Filipino cuisine and loaded baked potatoes. Our market will feature a wide variety of vendors, including beautifully crocheted specialty items, laser-engraved boards, cozy hats and sweatshirts, and plant-based body care products for those seeking a holistic touch. You’ll also find stunning handmade jewelry and whimsical polymer clay creations that are sure to make you smile.
The market wouldn’t be complete without the many talented artists sharing their work across different mediums. We’re also excited to welcome The Log House Thrift Store, a Regina community staple, who will be on site with unique items for sale and to help spread awareness of their important work. And of course, families can look forward to fun activities, with face painters and balloon artists bringing extra colour and joy to the day.
