The Mann Art Gallery is excited to present Shoot the Breeze by artist Marcy Friesen, opening Saturday, October 25 at 1:30PM, sponsored by RBC.
Marcy’s beading practice is rooted in memory, laughter, healing, and family bonds. In Shoot the Breeze, everyday objects and heartfelt stories are transformed through beading, sewing, installation, and photography—witty, thoughtful, and full of warmth.
Join us at the opening reception for a conversation between Marcy Friesen and Ruth Cuthand—an afternoon of art, dialogue, and community.
