Ranch Ehrlo's 9th annual powwow

We are excited to announce that our 9th annual powwow will take place on August 27, 2026, on Treaty 4 Territory at our Pilot Butte campus. This year’s event is especially meaningful as it will also be held during the Ranch’s 60th anniversary.

The day begins with male and female pipe ceremonies at 8:30 a.m., followed by a feast at 10:30 a.m. and grand entry at 1 p.m. Competitive dancing and dancer registration begin at 11 a.m. Family carnival activities, inflatables and a complimentary snack canteen will run from 2 - 3:30 p.m.

Our powwow is open to the public and welcomes everyone to experience and engage with Indigenous culture while learning about the work we do at Ranch Ehrlo Society.

Rain or shine, we won’t be stopped! Come prepared for all types of weather. Bring a lawn chair!
