National Indigenous Peoples Day
This Sunday, June 21st, join Yorkton Tribal Council and Painted Hand CDC in coming together to celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day!
The day will start at 63 King Street East with the Pipe Ceremony at 8:00 am, followed by the Grand Entry and Opening Remarks at 10:00 am.
Following the Grand Entry and Opening Remarks, celebrations will take place throughout the day until 3:00 pm, with a fireworks show at Jubilee Park planned for 10:15 pm (weather and fire restrictions permitting).
