The Moose Jaw Centre for Arts & Culture is seeking an inspiring, collaborative, and strategic Executive Director to lead one of Saskatchewan's premier arts organizations.

Home to the historic Mae Wilson Theatre, artist studios, gallery space, community programming, rentals, and creative partnerships, the Centre is a vibrant hub where artists, audiences, and the community come together.

As Executive Director, you'll provide strategic leadership while overseeing operations, financial management, fundraising, programming, community partnerships, and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. You'll work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the Centre remains financially sustainable, artistically vibrant, and deeply connected to our community.

What You'll Do:
Lead the organization's strategic vision and day-to-day operations.
Oversee budgeting, financial management, grant writing, and fundraising.
Build partnerships with artists, community organizations, government, sponsors, and funders.
Support programming, theatre operations, facility management, and rentals.
Lead and mentor staff while fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
Serve as the Centre's ambassador and advocate for arts and culture.
What You'll Bring
Leadership experience in non-profit management, arts administration, theatre operations, or cultural organizations.
Strong financial management, budgeting, and grant writing experience.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities.
A passion for arts, culture, and community development.
