Collections Assistant

Beginning May 4, 2026, the Collections Assistant will work with the MJMAG Staff to establish a data migration plan from our current database (Virtual Collections) to the Museums Association of Saskatchewan (MAS) online database. They will work with the MAS staff to design the layout of the new collections database and then begin to transfer collections data from one database to another. This job is a data entry job.

Cultural Program Coordinator

The Cultural Program Coordinator will be planning and executing the Summer Art & Culture programming at the Moose Jaw Museum & Art Gallery, under the supervision of the Education Coordinator.

The Cultural Program & Gift Shop Assistant is a two-fold position. In the mornings, the employee will assist with the planning and delivery of the Summer Art & Culture Camps, and in the afternoons, they will work in the Gift Shop as a clerk. This position is a Tuesday through Saturday position.
