Humboldt receives Public Art Sustainability Award for Reconciliation Mural
The City of Humboldt received national recognition for its mural titled Reconciliation Mural on October 5, 2023. The mural, which received project funding from SaskCulture's Community Cultural Engagement and Planning Grant, was designed by Indigenous artist Kevin PeeAce with the participation of 185 local students. The project was chosen by the Creative City Network of Canada for its impact on the community, particularly for the children involved. Read more
