The Culture Days Hub sponsorship (CDHS) is not a grant. It is a sponsorship and was set up to support and promote the active engagement of Saskatchewan people in arts, heritage, and cultural activities and programming during Culture Days, including activities that advance Truth and Reconciliation in the province.

SaskCulture offers sponsorships to communities and cultural groups that form a Culture Days Hub during Culture Days in Saskatchewan, which takes place over three weeks every September- October. Culture Days Hubs bring together two or more community partners to host free participatory cultural activities.
The Sponsorship aims to:
Culture Days is a national celebration of arts, culture and creativity that takes place each Fall. Its aim is to raise awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities. With the support of volunteer groups at the national, provincial and local levels, hundreds of thousands of artists, cultural workers, organizations and groups, volunteers and supporters self-mobilize to host free participatory public activities that take place in hundreds of cities and towns throughout the country each fall. Sponsorships of up to $5,000 will be determined by community size, the strength of community partnerships in the Culture Days Hub and the quality and extent of programs/activities offered.
Priority will be given to applications that:
The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation takes place on September 30, each year.. This day honours the lost children and survivors of residential schools and their families, and endeavours to acknowledge and better understand the history and harms done. Public commemoration is a vital component of the Reconciliation process, and Culture Days is committed to marking = this important day.

The arts, heritage and cultural activities must directly address the objectives and priorities of this funding program. All funds are to be used for the benefit of cultural development in Saskatchewan and for residents in the province.
