While virtual AGMs may be an option, it is still important for non-profit organizations to consider if holding a meeting online will be acceptable within your organization’s constitution.  Organizations should review their bylaws to ensure a virtual meeting is appropriate; groups are also encouraged to seek legal counsel to ensure this meeting will meet legal requirements.
