Designed for participants with prior egg-etching experience, this extended afternoon workshop builds on etching techniques by incorporating dye. Participants will etch, dye, and refine their eggs to achieve layered, high-contrast designs. Those who attend the morning session are welcome to register for the afternoon session as well; however, the two workshops are distinct and may be taken independently.
What to Expect: - Step-by-step instruction tailored to each session - Time for dye baths, layering, and refining etched designs - Techniques for creating intricate, three-dimensional effects - All materials provided
Whether you’re trying etching for the first time or ready to deepen your practice, these hands-on workshops offer a focused opportunity to explore one of the most striking pysanka techniques.
