This year’s theme, Reclaiming, explores identity, culture, environment, and belonging—and how reconnecting with what matters to us can help shape a more inclusive future.
Through thought-provoking conversations and lived experiences, participants will gain practical tools and ideas to build more inclusive workplaces and communities, challenge assumptions, navigate cultural differences, and create spaces where everyone can belong.
