Join us on Wednesday, October 28, at 2 pm ET for the next edition of the Speaker Series, where we’ll explore how arts, culture and heritage organizations can approach leadership succession strategically.
The session will explore what effective leadership looks like today and how organizations can attract and recognize future leaders. Together, we’ll discuss how organizations can prepare, adapt and strengthen themselves during these inevitable shifts without losing momentum.
