June
Proclamed in 2017, June marks Portuguese Heritage Month and Portugal Day on June 10; which marks the death of Luís de Camões, considered to be the greatest poet and writer in Portugal and in the Portuguese Language. The month is an opportunity to acknowledge and reflect on the contributions of Portuguese-Canadians.
