Membership Renewal

Please follow the instructions below to renew or purchase a SaskCulture Inc. membership and/or to update your organization’s contact information if necessary.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Nichole Williams at nwilliams@saskculture.ca or 306-780-9259.

  1. Create a password
    1. Visit tickets.saskculture.ca.
    2. Click on the button ‘Retrieve my Password’.
    3. Enter the email address that SaskCulture has sent you and click ‘Reset PW and Email Instructions’. (If you are unsure which email to use, please contact Nichole.)
    4. This will send a second email to that account from tickets@saskculture.ca.
    5. Within the new email received click on the link ‘Connect and enter a new password’. You will be taken to tickets.saskculture.ca again and prompted to create a password.
    6. Create a password and click ‘Save New Password’. 
       
  2. You will now be on the Account Information Page
    1. Please review the information on this page and make any necessary edits.
    2. The first record is the Organization’s public information (used for promotional purposes). No individual name should be associated with this record, only the Organization’s name. Please update the Membership Information (Organization Biography, # of Members, etc.) on this record only.
    3. CLICK ‘UPDATE ACCOUNT’ AT THE END OF UPDATING EACH RECORD.
    4. The individual names you see below the Organizational record are names that SaskCulture has associated with your Organization. You may see names no longer associated with your organization but SaskCulture has retained their information for different reasons. SaskCulture does not send communication to all of these individuals. (To remove someone, please contact Nichole.)
    5. At this time, SaskCulture wants to ensure the Executive Director/General Manager/CEO contact information is correct.
      1. You will note that you cannot update individual email addresses. That is on purpose as the email address is the primary method of accessing the system. (If an email address needs to be changed, please contact Nichole.)
    6. Voting members please ensure your President’s contact information is current.
    7. If you have a new ED/GM/CEO or President, please add a new patron:
    8. CLICK ‘UPDATE ACCOUNT’.
       
  3. Purchase/Renew Membership
    1. Click on ‘Memberships’ from the top menu.
    2. Click on the appropriate membership to purchase/renew (i.e. Voting Membership). 
    3. Click ‘Checkout & Pay’.
    4. Proceed through the steps to enter your credit card information and pay.
    5. You will receive an email confirmation with a receipt.
       
  4. Ensure you have logged out by clicking ‘Logout’ from the top menu.
