Sponsorship Procurement Independent Contractor
Windscape Kite Club Inc. and Blenders Events Inc., Swift Current

Key Responsibilities
As the Sponsorship Procurement Contractor, you will be responsible for securing new sponsorships for our events. Your tasks will include:
• Actively procuring sponsors for the Windscape Kite Festival and Long Days Night Music Festival
• Invoicing and collecting sponsorships from businesses and partners
• Collecting sponsor logo digital files and ensuring proper sponsor recognition
• Managing and servicing sponsor partnerships and agreements
• Ensuring all sponsor benefits are implemented as per agreements
• Promoting the events with enthusiasm and a positive public image
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sponsorship procurement, fundraising, or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with event sponsorships and partnerships is an asset
