CES Landscape Design consult
Camp Easter Seal (SK) - SaskAbilities, Manitou Beach

We are looking at doing a landscape design of a small parcel of land located on our property at Camp Easter Seal. In 1930 the property was developed as a provincial park, and then it was leased to Camp Easter Seal since 1956. Camp Easter Seal is the provinces only full wheelchair accessible in the camp, and we provide a residential camp for children, youth and adults experiencing disability.
We are looking for someone or an Indigenous-based company with experience in Landscape Design to add to the conversation. What elements we can include to bring in the Indigenous piece to help us provide a well-rounded design for development over the next few years. The starting point includes some of our suggestions for parameters important to us and our campers. The area has a long history of Indigenous peoples connecting to the lake (Little Manitou Lake) and its healing waters.
