Request for Risk Management and Insurance Brokerage Services
SaskCulture, Saskatchewan
Deadline: March 12, 2026 - April 10, 2026
SaskCulture Inc. is a non-profit, community-based, volunteer-driven, provincial cultural organization. We work with our members, volunteers and community partners to build a culturally vibrant province, where all citizens celebrate, value and participate in a rich, cultural life. We work on our own, and with other community partners, to provide a range of programs and services designed to encourage the growth of cultural activity in the province. With over 140 member organizations, SaskCulture members enjoy a range of valuable benefits, from administration support and insurance plans to training, networking, and discounts.
Creative Kids Canada Inc. is a registered Canadian charity that raises funds to remove financial barriers that prevent children and youth from participating in creative activities such as dance, theatre, music, and art. Currently operating only in Saskatchewan, as Creative Kids Saskatchewan, this charity is a program of SaskCulture Inc. with additional volunteers but the same staff and board of directors.
SaskCulture has developed risk management processes suited to its diverse delivery of operations and services. Policies and procedures have been designed to mitigate against personal injury, property damage, breach of security, corporate and volunteer liability, and other forms of controllable loss.
SaskCulture is seeking qualified, experienced proponents to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of Risk Management and Insurance Brokerage Services; to identify best practices for SaskCulture as a non-profit organization, Creative Kids as a registered charity, as well as provide innovative products and risk management for SaskCulture’s members and associated members with group products to cover the particular risks or needs of the cultural community of Saskatchewan. The general scope of services and requirements is further outlined in Section 3.
SaskCulture will consider all eligible responsive proposals and requests each proposal demonstrate how it meets SaskCulture’s requirements, and delivers the best value and service to SaskCulture and its members.
