Looking for an experienced facilitator to teach Financial Responsibilities for Managers course

SARC, Saskatchewan
Deadline: April 13, 2026 - May 27, 2026
SARC is looking for an experienced facilitator to facilitate our existing Financial Responsibilities for Managers session, which focuses on a variety of areas related to nonprofit management’s financial duties.

SARC’s education and training programs and courses support all levels of staff, senior leadership, and boards of directors to enhance their skills and knowledge in supporting people experiencing intellectual disabilities. However, many of our offerings are also more broadly focused on nonprofit governance and management. One such program is Leap – a management skills development program that provides practical information, principles, best practices, and tips in a variety of management areas. Leap covers a wide range of topics and helps to build well-rounded executive directors/managers with a diverse set of management skills and abilities and consists of nine sessions that are available in-person and virtually. Each Leap session, including the Financial Responsibilities for Managers session, is designed to be a six-hour course with time for discussion and questions throughout
and is offered three times each year – once in Regina, once in Saskatoon, and once live virtually – to groups of approximately 10 – 16 learners (varies each year).

The selected organization/Facilitator will be responsible for reviewing, familiarizing themselves with content, confirming the content is up-to-date and best practice, suggesting updates to content if needed, and delivering an interactive session for learners.
