Canada's Nonprofit Boards Lacking Diversity
Statistics Canada published a new report that shows Canada's non-profit boards are lacking diversity. The report also revealed that organizations that had policies regarding engagement and inclusivity, especially written policies, had a greater engagement of diversity in their boards; showing the importance of having these policies within an organization.
