SaskCulture is looking for an external program evaluator or agency to design and implement purposeful and effective values-based measurement framework to inform decision-making and learning within and outside of the organization. The program evaluator will also assess existing evaluation, data collection, and decision-making processes to ensure that the policies and practices that uphold the evaluation strategy match with the values and are sustainable for the long-term future.
