Cree: The People's Language
The exhibit ‘Cree: The People’s Language’ is a traveling exhibit. The Museum is honoured to have this exhibit for a period of time. There are colourful panels that present maps, photos and information on topics including the syllabic writing system, word formation, animacy, and the future of Cree. There are also audio clips of Cree dialects from across Canada. Cree is the one of the most widely spoken Aboriginal languages.The Museum invites you to this wonderful exhibit.
Hours: for the summer Mon - Sun 10 am to Noon 1 pm to 5 pm (not open on Stat Holidays) If a large group wanting to attend, please call ahead to 306 642 5353. Admission is by donation.
