In Remembrance Presentation - Saskatchewan's Wartime Contributions
In this presentation at the Western Development Museum - Moose Jaw, hear about war and its effects on the province and the people of Saskatchewan. Who went away? Who stayed at home? How did our province help the efforts to fight the enemy from abroad? From knitted socks and war bonds to victory parades and post-war recovery, see how the people of Saskatchewan were able to help those who were serving abroad.
There will also be an earlier presentation on this date (Saturday, October 19) at 11:00 am about the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP). Museum admission includes access to both programs with your receipt.
