T.A.C.T. Trauma-Informed and Cultural Sensitivity Training
We are excited to announce that Rivers West District is partnering with the Community Arts Mentorship Program (CAMP) to host a Trauma-Informed and Cultural Sensitivity Training (T.A.C.T.) in North Battleford on October 29 & 30, 2025. This two-day, seminar-style workshop is designed for educators, artists, health-care professionals, community leaders, and anyone interested in building trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practices. Participants will explore topics such as reconciliation, Treaties, cultural appropriation, land acknowledgments, intergenerational trauma, vicarious trauma, white privilege, and suicide disclosures.
