Building Your HR Skills: Total Rewards

Join us for the final webinar in this series of building you HR skills, in partnership with Knibbs HR Consulting. Are you ready to transform your organization’s approach to compensation and employee engagement? This session explores how total rewards extend well beyond salary: embracing benefits, recognition, flexibility, professional growth, and a shared sense of purpose.

Join us December 17th to:
Understand the core components of a Total Rewards framework;
Design creative, cost-effective strategies to motivate and retain employees;
Build a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that reflects your organization’s culture and mission; and
Communicate total rewards in ways that strengthen trust and engagement.

Whether your organization is large or small, this session will help you take a practical, people-centred approach to rewarding and retaining your team.
