Still Life Saturdays with the Royal Sask Museum
Join us for November's Still Life Saturday to learn about local animals and practice your drawing skills. Royal Sask Museum biologists will give a brief introduction to a selection of taxidermied and preserved animal specimens followed by an unstructured, self-led drawing session.
Bring your own art supplies, or use basic materials (pencils and sketchbooks) supplied by the AGR. We'll provide chairs, easels, and drawing donkeys.
Space is especially limited this month. Arrive on time to catch the full introduction, get your preferred seat, and access the best supplies. To protect valuable gallery artworks, please do not bring liquid media or messy materials like charcoal and dry pastels.
