Yorkton Film Festival
Celebrating 69 years of film, established in 1947, the Yorkton Film Festival (YFF) honours, recognizes and promotes Canadian and Saskatchewan short films. The YFF provides a forum to celebrate the achievements of the industry through education, awareness and the annual presentation of the Golden Sheaf Awards. The Golden Sheaf Awards continues to be a highly respected award program within the Canadian industry. The YFF is an integral part of the history of Yorkton, Saskatchewan and Canada. During festival week, participants enjoy educational workshops, entertaining film screenings, social events and networking opportunities. The YFF offers year round programming, screenings and activities.
