Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre
The Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre is a mid-sized museum in a small town. They are the community hub for local residents, visitors and tourists. The primary components of the facility are an art gallery, which features local exhibitions, as well as touring exhibitions from Saskatchewan and Canadian artists, a natural history exhibit featuring dioramas depicting local natural areas and animals present in southwest Saskatchewan, and a heritage exhibit featuring local artifacts from schools, churches, businesses, agriculture, homesteading and more. Grand Coteau is also the Tourist Information Centre for the town of Shaunavon and serves the local community as stewards of the town's history through programming that appeals to various groups within the community.
