Rivers West District for Sport, Culture & Recreation is a volunteer organization dedicated to facilitate and foster the development and delivery of sport, culture and recreation programs and services that are responsive to, and benefit, the people and communities in west central Saskatchewan. Its vision is to have residents of west central Saskatchewan live healthy, active lifestyles, and increase community access and participation in diverse sport, culture and recreation opportunities.
