The Windscape Kite Club presents high-quality cultural, performing, and visual art experiences with a focus on the art, sport, and multiculturalism of kite flying. They do this through an international summer kite festival, plus multiple outreach events throughout the year teaching kite building and flying to our community and other communities in Saskatchewan.
